SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take for my package to be shipped?
We do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding custom items) from one of our warehouses in the Netherlands.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. Here you can see the status of the shipment and you can (if possible) give the delivery person further instructions about your delivery.
I have not received a Track & Trace code, what is the best thing for me to do now?
How annoying! It is possible that the email with your Track & Trace code ended up in your spam or that there is an error in your email address. Please contact our customer service, and we will be happy to help you further!
The carrier indicates that my package has been incorrectly sorted, what now?
In this case, your order must first be re-sorted. We recommend that you keep a close eye on the Track & Trace. As soon as a new delivery date is known, it will be visible there. If your order has still not been delivered after 5 working days, we recommend that you contact our customer service via contact@somethingfancy.nl.
Will I receive my order in one package?
Our collection consists of items that are shipped from different warehouses in the Netherlands.
Do you order multiple items? Then it is possible that your order will be delivered in multiple packages, sometimes with different delivery times. Of course, you will receive a separate track & trace for each package!
Can I still change my address afterwards?
Unfortunately, our system can no longer make changes to orders after they have been placed. We therefore want to emphasize that you always check whether you have entered the correct personal details before completing your order.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What is the return period?
At Something Fancy, you have the option to return your order within 14 days after the shipping date (with the exception of custom items). Make sure you return the products unused and undamaged. Keep your proof of return until we have processed it.
What are the return conditions?
- Returns are only possible within the specified return period of 14 days.
- Both the costs and the risk of shipping are at your own expense when returning.
- We only accept returns if they are returned in original condition, including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
- Unidentifiable returns will be kept for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can report this via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed via our own administration and it will no longer be possible to correspond about it.
- Without a track and trace code, no investigation can be started into missing returns. Please note that proof of shipment with a track & trace code is a requirement to start an investigation; if it is missing, this is not possible.
- Is your order incorrect? We will resolve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact
contact@somethingfancy.nl. Clearly state your name, order number and which items are concerned.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received the returned package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within 7 days!
Can I exchange my ordered items?
Have you ordered your faves but want to exchange them? Then return the item in question within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
MATERIAL & WARRANTY
What material are the jewelry made of?
The descriptions on the product pages describe the materials, but most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel! This material does not discolor and is 100% waterproof.
Be careful with swimming, exercising and showering, this way you keep your jewelry beautiful for the longest time! Always be careful with cleaning products and chlorinated water.
Do I get a warranty on your items?
Have you received a defective product? Or has your item broken within 4 weeks? Then send us a message! We would like to receive a photo of the defective product & a short description of the complaint. We are happy to look for a suitable solution.
