SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take for my package to be shipped and what are the shipping costs?
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most orders fit through a regular letterbox. Shipping costs are as shown below:

How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. Here you can check the shipment status and (if possible) provide the delivery driver with further instructions regarding your delivery.
I didn't receive a Track & Trace code, what should I do?
That's so annoying! The email with your Track & Trace code might have ended up in your spam folder, or there might be an error in your email address. Please contact our customer service, and we'll be happy to help!
The carrier indicates that my package has been sorted incorrectly, what now?
In this case, your order will first need to be re-sorted. We recommend keeping a close eye on your Track & Trace. As soon as a new delivery date is announced, it will be displayed here. If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days, we recommend contacting our customer service at contact@somethingfancy.nl .
Can I change my address later?
Unfortunately, our system cannot make changes to orders after they've been placed. Therefore, we urge you to always check that you've entered the correct personal information before completing your order.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What is the return period?
At Something Fancy, you can return your order within 14 days of the shipping date (except for custom items). Make sure you return the products unused and undamaged. Please keep your proof of return until we have processed it.
What are the return conditions?
- Returns are only possible within the stated return period of 14 days.
- When returning the item, you will be responsible for both the costs and the risk of shipping.
- We will only accept returns if they are in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
- Unidentifiable returns will be retained for a maximum of one month. Customers can contact customer service to report this. After this period, the package will be processed through our own records, and correspondence regarding the matter will no longer be possible.
- Without a tracking code, we cannot initiate an investigation into missing returns. Therefore, please note that proof of shipment with a tracking code is required to initiate an investigation; if this is missing, it will not be possible.
- Is your order incorrect? We'll resolve this as quickly as possible! Contact us.

When will I get my money back?
Once we receive your return package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 7 days!
Can I exchange my ordered jewelry?
Did you order your favorites but still want to exchange them? Simply return the item in question within the returns period and place a new order in the webshop.
MATERIAL & WARRANTY
What material is the jewelry made of?
The product descriptions list the materials, but most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel! This material doesn't tarnish and is 100% waterproof. So you can swim, exercise, and shower with it! We do advise caution with cleaning products and chlorinated water.
Do I get a guarantee on the jewelry?
Did you receive a defective product? Or did your jewelry break within 4 weeks? Please send us a message! We'd appreciate receiving a photo of the defective product and a brief description of your complaint. We'll be happy to find a suitable solution.
