SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take for my package to be shipped and what are the shipping costs?
We do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most orders fit through the letterbox. The shipping fees are as shown below:

        How can I track my order?
        Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. Here you can see the status of the shipment and (if possible) give the delivery person further instructions about your delivery.

        I have not received a Track & Trace code, what can I do now?
        How annoying! It is possible that the email with your Track & Trace code has ended up in your spam or that there is an error in your email address. Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you!

        The carrier indicates that my package has been incorrectly sorted, what now?
        In this case, your order must first be sorted again. We recommend that you keep a close eye on the Track & Trace. As soon as a new delivery date is known, it will be visible here. If your order has still not been delivered after 5 working days, we recommend that you contact our customer service via contact@somethingfancy.nl .

        Can I change my address afterwards?
        Unfortunately, our system cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. We would therefore like to emphasize that you always check whether you have entered the correct personal information before completing your order.

        EXCHANGES & RETURNS

        What is the return period?
        At Something Fancy you have the option to return your order within 14 days of the shipping date. Please ensure that you return the products unused and undamaged. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

        What are the return conditions?

        • Returns are only possible within the stated return period of 14 days.
        • Both the costs and the risk of shipping are at your own expense when returning.
        • We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
        • Non-identifiable returns are stored for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration and it is no longer possible to correspond about it.
        • Without a track and trace code, no investigation can be started into missing returns. Please note that proof of shipment with track & trace code is required to start an investigation; if this is missing, this is not possible.
        • Is your order incorrect? We will solve this for you as quickly as possible! Please contact us
          contact@somethingfancy.nl . Clearly state your name, order number and which items it concerns.

        When will I get my money back?
        As soon as we have received the return package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within 7 days!

        Can I exchange my ordered jewelry?
        Have you ordered your faves but do you still want to exchange them? Then return the item in question within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.

        MATERIALS & WARRANTY

        What material is the jewelry made of?
        The description on the product pages describes the materials, but most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel! This material does not discolour and is 100% waterproof. So you can swim, exercise and shower there! We advise you to be careful with cleaning products and chlorinated water.

        Do I get a warranty on the jewelry?
        Have you received a defective product? Or did your jewelry break within 4 weeks? Then send us a message! We would like to receive a photo of the defective product & a brief description of the complaint. We are happy to look for a suitable solution.

        How long will it take before I receive a response from you?
        We aim to respond to your message within 24 hours. On weekends it may take a little longer.
