How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. Here you can check the shipment status and (if possible) provide the delivery driver with further instructions regarding your delivery.
I didn't receive a Track & Trace code, what should I do?
That's so annoying! The email with your Track & Trace code might have ended up in your spam folder, or there might be an error in your email address. Please contact our customer service, and we'll be happy to help!
The carrier indicates that my package has been sorted incorrectly, what now?
In this case, your order will first need to be re-sorted. We recommend keeping a close eye on your Track & Trace. As soon as a new delivery date is announced, it will be displayed here. If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days, we recommend contacting our customer service at contact@somethingfancy.nl .
Will I receive my order in one package?
Our collection consists of items that are shipped from various shipping locations.
Ordering multiple items? Your order may arrive in multiple packages, sometimes with different delivery times. You'll receive a separate track & trace code for each package!
