We do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most orders fit through the letterbox. The shipping costs are as shown below:

        How can I track my order?
        Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. Here you can see the status of the shipment and (if possible) give the delivery person further instructions about your delivery.

        I have not received a Track & Trace code, what can I do now?
        How annoying! It is possible that the email with your Track & Trace code has ended up in your spam or that there is an error in your email address. Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you!

        The carrier indicates that my package has been incorrectly sorted, what now?

        In this case, your order must first be sorted again. We recommend that you keep a close eye on the Track & Trace. As soon as a new delivery date is known, it will be visible here. If your order has still not been delivered after 5 working days, we recommend that you contact our customer service via contact@somethingfancy.nl .
