How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped?
We do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding custom items) from one of our warehouses in the Netherlands.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. Here you can see the status of the shipment and (if possible) give the delivery driver further instructions about your delivery.
I haven't received a Track & Trace code, what should I do?
Oh no! It's possible that the email with your Track & Trace code ended up in your spam folder or that there's a mistake in your email address. Please contact our customer service, and we'll be happy to help you!
The carrier indicates that my parcel was mis-sorted, what now?
In this case, your order will first need to be re-sorted. We recommend that you keep a close eye on the Track & Trace. As soon as a new delivery date is known, it will be visible there. If your order has still not been delivered after 5 business days, we recommend that you contact our customer service via contact@somethingfancy.nl.
Will I receive my order in one parcel?
Our collection consists of items that are shipped from different warehouses in the Netherlands.
If you order multiple items? It's possible that your order will be delivered in multiple parcels, sometimes with different delivery times. Of course, you will receive a separate track & trace for each parcel!
