RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return the package. We would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you!

You can return your order within 14 days (with the exception of custom items) if the product has not been used and is still in its original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

Please follow the instructions below for returns.

STEP 1:
Send an email to contact@somethingfancy.nl stating the reason for return, your order number and your name. Returns without a prior email cannot be processed!

STEP 2:
Pack the items in the original packaging (unused and undamaged).

STEP 3:
Please return your package within 14 days to:

Returns sent to a different address or collection point cannot be processed. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code, as the sender you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise. Return costs are for your own account.

STEP 4:
Receive the purchase amount in your account.

As soon as we have received the return package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within 10 days!

Have you ordered your faves but still want to exchange them? Return the item in question within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
