If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return the package. We would love to hear what we can do to make you happy!
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt (with the exception of custom items) if the product has not been used and is still in its original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
Please follow the instructions below for returns.
STEP 1: Fill out our return form at the bottom of this page. Returns without prior notification cannot be processed!
STEP 2: Pack the items in their original packaging (unused and undamaged).
STEP 3: Send your package back within 14 days of receipt to the return address provided by us.
Returns sent to a different address or pickup point cannot be processed. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code, as the sender you are responsible and we certainly don't want any misunderstandings. Return costs are at your own expense.
STEP 4: Receive the purchase amount back into your account.
As soon as we have received the returned package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within 10 days!
EXCHANGES
Did you order your faves but want to exchange them? Return the item within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
